If you haven’t read the previous post, it’s the aluminium. Aluminium is the cause of Alzheimer’s. And autism. And a host of other nasty neurological diseases and cancers. But don’t take my word for it - read the previous post. It is fully referenced.
We smiled when we heard that ladies during the Renaissance rubbed powdered lead onto their faces, and people in Victorian times took mercury to relieve constipation. How stupid and primitive.
Yet here we are spraying a neurotoxin under our arms every morning. Cooking in pans made of a neurotoxin. Boiling water in appliances that have an element which is made of a neurotoxin. Eating and drinking food packaged in a neurotoxin. Swallowing medicines and food and drinks which contain a neurotoxin.
That’s just the small chronic doses that build up day by day until after 70 years or so of accumulation in the brain, the damage expresses as Alzheimer’s.
Then there’s the acute dosages. People receive acute dosages via vaccines such as the annual flu vaccine. The neurotoxin aluminium is in most vaccines in order to enhance the immune response, and indeed it does agitate the immune cells when it is injected directly into the body.
The medical industry claims that aluminium only accumulates in the body when people have impaired kidney function, but the brains of Alzheimer’s patients suggest otherwise.
Not only the brain - aluminium wreaks havoc in the whole body. It is a rogue metal ion, which is able to compete with and replace other bio-metals in essential processes. It is a pro-oxidant and it is an antigen, which has serious implications for auto-immune conditions.
The inestimable Prof Chris Exley believes that aluminium toxicity is a major factor not only in Alzheimer’s and autism, but also in autoimmune conditions such as MS and Parkinson’s, and also breast cancer.
So, what to do?
Limit exposure:
Avoid acute exposure to aluminium adjuvants via vaccines
Limit chronic exposure as much as possible:
Throw away your aluminium containing deodorant
Throw away your foil
Throw away your aluminium pans
Check that your kettle and coffee maker doesn’t have an exposed aluminium element
Check the ingredients in your baking powder
Check your antacids and other pharmaceuticals
Check your suntan lotion
Check the ingredients of foodstuffs such as grated cheese as some brands have aluminium added to stop the bits from sticking together
Check the ingredients in your cosmetics - it is often added as a colourant or absorbent
Avoid labels that contain alum (aluminum sulfate), alumina, aluminum, or bauxite
Aluminium removal
Thankfully there is something we can do to remove the aluminium we have ingested throughout our lives.
Silicon-rich mineral water such as Fiji water (or Volvic might be easier to obtain if you are in the UK) binds with the aluminium in the body enabling you to pee it out. Any mineral water with at least 30 mg/L ‘silica’ or ‘meta-silicate’ will do, so look on the label.
Prof Exley suggests drinking up to a 1 litre of the water per day to prevent Alzheimer’s and other conditions caused by aluminium toxicity. Rather magnificently, many people have reported that they have been able to stop the progression of their disease and in some cases even reverse it.
As a qualified herbalist I had hoped that drinking horsetail or nettle tea might have the same effect as the silicon-rich mineral water, but apparently the silica in the herbs is not in the correct form to bind with the aluminium.
There is a way of making your own silicon rich water but I have not tried it and it’s at your own risk. The recipe can be found here at this very informative website:

You might ask yourself why this information is not widely known. I believe it falls into the ‘too big to fail’ category. Put simply, the devastation that Alzheimer’s, autism (which I believe now stands at 1 in 36 children) and various autoimmune diseases have wrought on people across the globe is too big; and too many industries are implicated.
I don't know about recommending Fiji water, as I recently saw a post (wish I could remember where) saying not to drink it, as something toxic is added to it. Maybe it was a deliberate lie to keep us from drinking it?
I don't like bottled water sold in plastic containers, which is why I never bought Fiji water. I don't understand why the company making it doesn't bottle it in glass, especially if it is such a beneficial water as you say.
Great info, I`ll be quoting and referencing this as I write my article on a dietary approach to protecting ourselves against stratospheric aerosol injection programs later this year.
