Just found you, I love this and I want to study these things and be WISE... :)
Thank you for this post, I'll be looking forward to the next one-- Both my poor parents are victims of jabs and Dog knows what other nastiness... Cheers! and... Woof!
If you're not familiar with Rosalind Peterson I implore you watch some of her testimony at the UN in 2006. I believe she has also testified at congress and like every other exposure of government wrong doing is brushed aside faster than the Vegas massacre.
The following opinions aren't necessarily mine and come from the creator of the podcast.
Leaked footage from a United Nations assembly meeting reveals a decades-long agenda for global control, aimed at weakening the population by 2025 through invisible, insidious methods.
The footage reveals that toxic, mind-altering chemicals have been covertly released over major population centers for years, damaging human health and ecosystems alike. Those streaks in our skies, dismissed as harmless vapor trails, are in fact bioweapons used to quietly destabilize societies around the world.
Go to the 2:16 mark on the video to see her testimony.
On another note, are you familiar with Dean Sherzai (Author), Ayesha Sherzai (Author) of the book "The Alzheimer's Solution: A Breakthrough Program to Prevent and Reverse the Symptoms of Cognitive Decline at Every Age"
The one thing I found most interesting, as I was already versed somewhat in the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, was what the authors concluded that resistance training (weight lifting) was perhaps the number one beneficial activity of all the lifestyle disciplines.
But I am always looking for the root cause and perhaps your work will shed more light in that area. I was already well aware of the dangers of aluminum but somehow didn't reason to look further into the cognitive aspect.
My grandmother was also afflicted with the disease and eventually succumbed to it 20 years ago. A fate my mother was destined to follow but the death cult took care of her in a nursing home in Dec of 2020.
That is why I researched it purchasing their book around 2018.
Thank you for writing about aluminum being the cause of Alzheimer's. Agreed, the amount of scientific evidence there is for aluminum being the primary causal factor of Alzheimer’s is growing. As you say in your write up "The weight of accumulated evidence demonstrating the neurotoxicity of aluminium is staggering". You will be very interested in reading a book my husband Dennis N Crouse published this year. He looked at all the biomarkers which have been identified for Alzheimer's and found aluminum is either the cause of or a mediator for aluminum causing Alzheimer's. "This book describes both the use of causal inference to create a unified theory of what causes Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and potential cures for AD. Causal inference is a relatively new science that is much like climbing a ladder where each rung is based upon scientific evidence and each rung strengthens the ladder, ultimately finding the cause of a disease. It took years but I slowly climbed this ladder as described in this book and found the cause and a cure for mom’s AD along with drugs and supplements for palliative relief." Here is a link to his book. I will also post a link to our website. The weight of accumulated evidence demonstrating the neurotoxicity of aluminium is staggering
Thanks for this! I read about a Aluminum-Alzheimers link years ago but until now I never saw any follow up on it. My family has been blessed to avoid this malady, but I've had friends whose parents declined due to it.
I remember my mommy, a pack-a-day cigarette smoker, brag that she started at age 13 and had no problems!
She died of Lung Cancer in my 20’s.
My Daddy died a year later... of what I believe was a broken heart.
Cigarette carcinogens *accumulate* with time.
It appears that Aluminum also *accumulates* in the body over time.
But... Aluminum won’t accumulate if neither the ingested food nor the cooking water contains it!
I suspect there are no water supplies... anywhere... that are piped with Aluminum. So we are probably safe there.
(But... years ago, plumbing was made of now-known-to-be -deadly LEAD pipes! Ask me about my trip to ancient Pompeii where the rich folks homes were all water-piped with lead!)
But... Aluminum Cooking pots, pans & utensils... even those that are Teflon-coated... abound in everyone’s kitchen.
Been to a catered outdoor BBQ lately? Remember the serving pans full of chili, lasagna, stuffing, mashed potatoes & gravy? What were the pans made of?
We are *inundated on all sides by foods cooked in a *poison*!
And we wonder why we are in an Alzheimer’s Epidemic?
It appears that *all?* Aluminum beverage cans have a thin layer of plastic on the inside. The purpose for this seems to be to “isolate” the Aluminum from the contents.
How effective is this? I do not know, and I doubt that any tests results are available to the general public. But it seems unlikely that it is 100% effective!
Kinda like whistling past the graveyard to keep the spooks away!
I suspect the genetic link associated with diseases is a Red Herring to distract from the real causes, especially vaccines and pharmaceuticals and the things they contain which has included aluminium.
Beyond what the medical research reveals and perhaps as way of pursuing the issue of the effect of aluminium, I wondered if there was any research on cultural groups who do not have such a prevalence of aluminium in the things they are exposed to or consume?
Oddly Amish people are not as pure as i had imagined and I think depending on the community they use tins and cans. This would be a great study but probably v difficult to conduct what with almost everyone being exposed to it. Shame we don't have a time machine to do comparative studies.
Great question and I have information in this regard. Rather than looking at places where people aren't exposed to as much aluminum looking at areas of the world where people are protected from aluminum because the drinking water is high in silica. The form of silica found in drinking water (OSA) removes aluminum from the body including the brain. My husband Dennis N Crouse has written such a book titled 'Silica Water the secret of healthy longevity in the aluminum age". Also here is a write up on people in Nigeria. The APOE4 gene increases your risk of getting Alzheimer's in the US but not in Nigeria. http://prevent-alzheimers-autism-stroke.blogspot.com/2018/10/apoe-e4-gene-nigeria.html
I read the book several years ago.I did an all-nighter... first time since University!
Why?
Unlike pretty much everyone on this list, *I* am the one that was diagnosed... by Alzheimer’s MDs... as being in the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s!😢 MMSE in the lower 20s.
I followed the book’s suggestion... A liter//quart of Fiji water daily.
The result? The last 3 years, my MDs measurements have been 28-29... HIGH NORMAL.
Will it work for your loved one? I don’t know. But I know how you can find out!😇
Full Disclosure... my wife of 30+ years was born in Fiji. So... that tiny tropical Island has saved my life *twice!* Neither she nor I have any fiduciary (that means money for the folks in Rio Linda) relationship with Fiji water.
Now 83! Still doing most of the “stuff” that I did 20 years ago.
And *usually* remembering what I did!
Not *quite* brave enough to renew my private pilot’s license!
In a few weeks, heading to Egypt and the Holy land.
Not sure If this trip will include a visit to the Treetops in South Africa and trout fishing in Bariloche, Argentina. If not… then a separate trip will give me more fishing time!
Aluminium pots and pans cheaply produced in China and India probably penetrate everywhere: I think they have featured in every photo I have seen of ordinary domestic interiors in India and Africa (I particularly remember Sudan) and are definitely very common in North Africa despite their old tradition of earthenwares.
Ditto for plastics displacing traditional craft materials; bags, carpets, utensils, etc. Things that don't break or rot are very handy for the poor, a one-off purchase for life. Although my mother has a wooden mixing spoon which is definitely over 90 years old with a lovely patina!
I suspect my plastic dishwashing brush has a far higher life expectancy than I do, given the trend of events and what is being planned for us......
Excellent article thank you, Mrs S! If you are the 'Mrs S' from OFW, I hope you are keeping your spirits up.
Thanks for noting the ubiquitous nature of Aluminum pots.
Obviously, some *additional* sources of Aluminum *must* exist in 3rd world countries.
Thanks to the WHO, pretty much every country now has near-universal access to vaccines.
Unfortunately… I have recently learned that *all* vaccines contain Aluminum as an *adjuvant* that acts to “disrupt” the body’s ability to *reject* the vaccine. Once the disruption occurs, the body’s ability to reject the vaccine declines, and the vaccine “works” as intended.
But the Aluminum remains behind, because the body has no natural means of eliminating it!
IOW, Aluminum-caused Alzheimer’s is an unintended consequence of disease-prevention! 😟
Thank-you for your post. It is informative. I am truly under the belief now that people are under attack. I have not always been in this line of thought, but many things have alerted me to what is likely going on. I have done more research and reading on agriculture and farming, big pharma and not really vaccines, chemicals in manufacturing and weather modification techniques including spraying.
Here is a question related to Aluminum when it is used in the manufacture of beverage cans.
Alcoholic beverages, like beer and ciders, are often sold in aluminum cans
The same is true of non-alcoholic soft drinks... often consumed by children.
It is my understanding that the interior of these cans is *coated*.
Has the effectiveness of these coating been tested and 3rd party verified?
What were the results?
Were these one-time tests, or is there some type of ongoing testing to assure consumers that beverages distributed in Aluminum cans are, in fact, ALUMINUM FREE?
Aluminium cans are coated in a BPA plastic lining (BPA has its own problems but that's for another day) but my understanding is that it can erode over time. Which of course exposes the drink to the aluminium.
I have not heard of ongoing testing.
I suggest buying drinks in bottles or buying a soda stream.
An excellent write-up. Apparently, there is also growing evidence that ingested microplastics are contributing to the early onset of Alzheimers and Dementia. I would urge everyone to install water filters at home.
I believe they were discovered during autopsies. There were plenty of write-up and Youtube clips on this. Maybe, you will find them here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZHCgA-n5wRw
What clinical evidence can you quote to support your assertion that GMO seed oils are found in the brains of individuals that have died from Alzheimer’s?
If you have none, then let me suggest that your claim is simply a non-fact-based opinion.
I had never mentioned "GMO seed oils". I even did a Ctrl F on the author's post, and it didn't turn up either. You are simply making "a non-fact-based" allegation.
Thank you so much for exploring this topic and sharing your research on it.
While I agree that aluminum does appear to be a factor in the onset of Alzheimer's in some, if not many, cases, I also strongly suspect that there may well be other causal influences at play when it comes to the underlying causes of Alzheimer's (as well as dementia and neurodegeneration in general) that are worth taking into consideration.
One reason I say this is because many are now referring to Alzheimer's as type 3 diabetes. This seems to indicate that some of the most common, yet often overlooked, comorbidities and risk factors for chronic degenerative diseases in general may be strongly associated with the development not only of Alzheimer's and dementia, but also perhaps even other degenerative neurological conditions.
One of the most important of these risk factors include metabolic syndrome, which is a diagnosis marked by a cluster of symptoms including elevated blood pressure, blood glucose and triglyceride levels along with overweight/obesity.
Insulin resistance is the hallmark of metabolic syndrome, and I'd argue that this syndrome is driven almost (if not) entirely by inappropriate, unhealthy dietary choices.
Many, many people these days consume astonishing amounts of sugar and high fructose corn syrup along with highly processed food products, many of which contain large amounts of wheat flour and/or other processed grains.
Breads and other baked goods, including things like muffins, cakes, cookies, pies and pastries; pasta, rice, pizza and French fries; as well as sugary sodas, candy, etc often form the bulk of many peoples' modern diets. And over time, consuming a diet that relies so heavily on so many of these sorts of sugars and simple starches can wreak havoc on one's metabolism. I'm convinced that this kind of metabolic damage may well be a significant factor in the onset of Alzheimer's and dementia.
Another thing to consider as regards the connection between metabolic dysfunction and dementia/neurodegenerative conditions is amyloidosis, which is the deposition of amyloid plaques in the brain.
It's worth looking into the published literature for links between these things.
Below are a few studies that may help connect the dots.
Is Alzheimer’s disease a Type 3 Diabetes? A Critical Appraisal
One other thought is that when we are properly and well nourished, our bodies have a much better ability to detoxify ourselves of toxins and other harmful components including heavy metals by offloading them via our pathways of elimination. These pathways include our gut, liver, kidneys, lungs, skin and vascular and lymphatic systems.
Again, diet and deep nourishment are key to our ability to maintain proper, optimal internal organ function in order to maintain good health.
For instance consider the way in which our diet impacts our gut microbiome. Over time, consuming a poor, nutrient sparse diet that relies heavily on sugar, simple starches and processed ingredients shifts the composition of our gut flora. As time goes by, such a poor diet has the ability to do so much damage to the balance of our internal microbiome that we may develop what's called 'leaky gut syndrome.' This means that toxins and other things (including potentially dangerous heavy metals like aluminum) that are ingested but would normally be eliminated via the stool, may instead pass through the lining of the gut into the bloodstream, ultimately potentially allowing them to pass through the blood brain barrier into the brain.
All this just to say that although aluminum may well be one important culprit, its presence in the world and our bodies does not exist in a vacuum, and the processes involved in the onset of degenerative illnesses, including Alzheimer's is often a very complex one involving myriad factors.
As Chris Exley points out, it is the aluminium in the brain that interferes with the mitochondria converting glucose into ATP. This is why giving Alzheimer's patients a keto diet can help - because it provides the brain with an alternative fuel.
The proof of his theory is the fact that many, many people have recovered their mental faculties by removing the aluminium from their bodies.
I copied your story to my family whatsapp group, since we are more or less worried about dementia, and my dad has it pretty bad at the moment. Maybe I will ship him a case of Fiji water!! That is so simple and doable. Thanks again for reporting.
Re your Dad… So sorry to hear that he is afflicted.
You said…
Maybe I will ship him a case of Fiji water!!
Not that simple!
It took him *decades* to accumulate the Aluminum in his brain that *causes* dementia/Alzheimer’s.
A case of Fiji water will not cure him. It will not do anything useful.
After a *lot* of reading and studying, including a couple of all-nighters, I have concluded that Aluminum *causes* Alzheimer’s. And there is no “ magic bullet” for “curing” it.
Removal of bodily Aluminum requires chelation. There are two common methods.
One is intravenous… IV. The other is oral.
IV chelation is done in a chelation facility. Uncomfortable and quite expensive. (Been there… done that!)
Bodily Aluminum is soluble in Orthosilicic Acid (OSA) There are several natural spring waters that have enough OSA to safely dissolve bodily Aluminum. FIJI water is the most readily available. The now-dissolved Aluminum can then be naturally ejected by the body via perspiration and urine.
I have been on a FIJI water regimen for 3 years. A liter/quart a day. (Drinking a cup of Coffee made with Fiji water now.) My MD-measured 30 point MMSE score has climbed from the low 20s (beginning, and supposedly irreversible Alzheimer’s) to 28 last year and 29 this year. HIGH NORMAL.
Your mileage may vary. But I have been in e-communication with several others that have achieved similar results.
At age 83, I still drive safely. I have written and published on Kindle, an action-adventure novel (CEDAR ROSES). A month or so ago, my bride of 30+ years and I traveled to India to see the Himalayas, went to the top of the two tallest buildings in the world (Dubai and Tokyo) and I knew where I was and why I was there! (Not *quite* brave enough to renew my private pilots license!)
Recent events in the Middle East have put our trip to Israel and Egypt on “hold”. But, this fall, we plan on traveling to Argentina for trout fishing in Bariloche and hopefully to South Africa for the treetop walkway.
Hope this provides you with some hope and a chance for your father to come back to you!
Hey! Well, I stole the Phar part from Phar Lap, but realized that was pretty grandiose! Percheron is basically the opposite of a racehorse, it's a draft - plow horse or war horse, take your pick. Glad you looked up the story of Phar Lap. So tragic.
If you have time to read or listen to novels, check out "Bridge of Clay" - it will put your Phar Lap in context, and is unforgettable for lots of reasons. Audio is read by the author, too, can't beat that!
I wanted to tell you that I've read this: (because people seem to be saying there IS NO CURE and we CAN'T detox aluminum...) There's something in BEER that will detox it, and I can't remember the source of where I heard that, but I remember feeling it was trustworthy...
TWO PINTS OF BEER. Yes, indeed. Calcite? Something like that, I wrote it down and it's in storage now... Arrrgh, anuther story. But it's also found in some upscale mineral water, too...
I find that two pints of beer is fairly easily accomplished over a weekend...
As a (former?) Alzheimer’s sufferer, let me provide my experience. Some 3 years ago, my MMSE 30 point score was in the mid teens. This score, according to both my family MD and Alzheimer’s specialist MD s, is a clear indication of Alzheimer’s.
I began reading about Alzheimer’s and learned that it is probably *caused by Aluminum.”
IV chelation is both expensive and uncomfortable.
Then I found the works of PhD doctors Crouse and Exley and learned that oral treatment with Orthosilicic acid (OSA) can *safely* dissolve bodily Aluminum so the body can eject it via urine. And I learned that several natural water sources have enough OSA to dissolve bodily Aluminum.
I began a daily regimen.
My last two MMSE annual scores were 27 and 29… High Normal.
Very interesting article, thanks! Tessa fights robots Substack is talking about parasites as a cause of dementia symptoms. Is this something you could comment on?
It is my “understanding” that the Aluminum cans’ plastic coating was 3rd party tested.
I have never seen a link to the testing results.
I would be *stunned* if there is any ongoing testing.
After all, ALCOA and the beverage makers would *never* knowingly do something to harm their customers… would they?
BY THE WAY… You DO know that you you can go to any food market and buy *untreated* Aluminum foil so you can wrap your food in it and pop it in the oven to cook!
aerosolized aluminum nano particles in chem trails?
If that is indeed the case then all the more reason to read the next post about how to remove the aluminium.

I'm glad you found it interesting.
There doesn’t, AFAIK, seem to be anything definitive that links *genetically* families in different geographic areas with Alzheimer’s.
IOW... there doesn’t seem to be an “Alzheimer’s gene.”
You're correct. If people consume enough aluminum they will get Alzheimer's.
But regarding small chronic doses via the gut there may be individual differences in how much is absorbed.
I am age 82.
I remember my mommy, a pack-a-day cigarette smoker, brag that she started at age 13 and had no problems!

And we wonder why we are in the midst of an Alzheimer’s epidemic?
Yeeup.
Beyond what the medical research reveals and perhaps as way of pursuing the issue of the effect of aluminium, I wondered if there was any research on cultural groups who do not have such a prevalence of aluminium in the things they are exposed to or consume?

Yes that's true but I think a big factor is that the Amish don't have annual flu vaccines, which I think helps.
From a small study that I found, the rate of Alzheimer's amongst the Amish was around 2% compared with 6% in the general population.

It deals with my journey FROM the Initial stages of Alzheimer’s through the elimination of bodily Aluminum and what appears to be my CURE!
Comments welcome!
Saved for all the wonderdul research you gathered and presented here.

Thanks for the reply. I had my doubts and have, whenever possible, been purchasing drinks only in glass containers.
Still... it would be GREAT to learn of any scientific tests to determine the integrity of the plastic coating.
Indeed it would.
But I suspect that the drinks manufacturers would prefer not to know.
An excellent write-up. Apparently, there is also growing evidence that ingested microplastics are contributing to the early onset of Alzheimers and Dementia. I would urge everyone to install water filters at home.
True... Water filters can help reduce non-dissolved plastic particulates.
But... plastics were non-existent in the early 1900s when Alzheimer’s first appeared.
Do you know if modern post mortem analysis of brain tissues shows *any* plastics?
I believe they were discovered during autopsies. There were plenty of write-up and Youtube clips on this. Maybe, you will find them here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZHCgA-n5wRw
Curiosity pushes me to ask the following.
I now cannot find the statement that I attributed to you.
I was wrong.
I made a mistake.
I apologize for my mistake.
I will work harder to try be sure that I never make such an unsubstantiated claim again.
I found something similar… Journal of Alzheimer’s Prevention
by Yamashima…
“The Real Culprit Behind Alzheimer’s Disease “
Dr. Yamashima shows a series of examples that *indicate* linkages between Vegetable Oils and Alzheimer’s.
But this finding does nothing to mitigate MY mis-attribution of the quote that a provided earlier. (And which I cannot now find!)
Again, I apologize for my mis-attribution.
No worries.
Nope… I did not make it up.
But now I have to find the original post.
It was in a string, but I don’t have a teenager handy to help me find it.
A very well written and extremely informative article about a subject we all need to pay attention to
Thanks Russell. Your comment is very much appreciated.

It's a symbiotic relationship.
Yes!
I was diagnosed by *Alzheimer’s MD specialists*... almost 4 yeas ago... as being in the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s.
I spent several “overnighters” reading up on the literature.
My conclusions were that Aluminum and Alzheimer’s are directly related. And, probably Aluminum causes Alzheimer’s.
OSA water... like Fiji water... is one of a (tiny) handful of non-IV Chelation techniques that selectively removes bodily Aluminum.
By drinking a liter/quart of Fiji water daily, my last THREE annual MD-administered examinations show me to be HIGH NORMAL for cognitive processes.
Am I *cured* of Alzheimer’s?
I dunno!
Ask me after my *next* vacation trip... to Egypt and the Middle East!
I am *Keeping up* on my Aluminum-avoidance regimen for life!
thanks for reporting on your success!
Phar Percheron…
Thanks for your kind thoughts!
I am taking one day at a time.
I am Convinced that Aluminum *causes* Alzheimer’s.
I am… Eliminating it via OSA water, that dissolves Aluminum so the body can eject it.
So far… my MMSA scores have climbed from “beginning Alzheimer’s” to “high normal”.
Change of subject… “ Phar Percheron” seems like a race horse?
In Cupertino, CA, I lived on Phar Lap Drive.
In the 1930’s … Phar Lap was an Australian race horse of *incredible* ability. He was taken to the USA to race, but…
The horse was apparently poisoned just before a major race.
My memory tells me that a post mortem analysis showed he *had* been poisoned.
His body was transported to Melbourne (?), processed, and is on display at a museum where I saw it there.
My Cupertino house was a few dozen meters from the stables where he died.
Small world, indeed!
Bill
All the best, Bill
Symbiotic relationship? Absolutely.
USA diet is abysmal at best.
Sugar intake is horrible.
A greater culprit likely is all the GMO seed oils producing high Omega 6 (Linoleic Acid).
Interesting article supports this additional dietary stressor on our overall health, weight control and the immune system.

Alzheimer’s is clearly an industrialized nation’s disease.
I very much appreciate your article.
Cheers! Back soon to spend more time...
My Alzheimer’s is now gone!
Very interesting article, thanks! Tessa fights robots Substack is talking about parasites as a cause of dementia symptoms. Is this something you could comment on?

Great question!
